Oreders and Deliveries:
  • Orders can only be valid and confirmed in a written form with required authority signatures on a pro forma basis.
  • Unless payments are done according to the agreement, there will be no action taken for the process of orders.
  • Full payment is required for the confirmation of the orders with an amount below USD 6,500. However, if orders amount at/above USD 6,500 then 50% deposit is required after confirmation and the balance must be received 10 days before the goods’ departure from our factory.
  • Delivery times are issued after the order is received but the times given are just approximate and may vary according to different situations; however stock availability may enhance the delivery time. All the times given for deliveries are effective from the day payment has been received.
  • All the deliveries are charged according to the conditions which may vary at the time of delivery according to the destination, the type and quantity of the items. Promotions, special arrangements, urgency requests and other special cases will be taken into account in accordance with the relative regulations.
  • All the delivery costs are paid by the receiver unless otherwise stated.
 
 
Damages, Returns, Regulations:
  • All the products are assembled, packed and handled with utmost attention. Any damage or defect found after the goods are received is totally unintentional and will be repaired or replaced with subject to terms and conditions.
  • All damages and defects must be informed within 3 working days of receipt of the goods with evident proofs. A further inspection on the products claimed to be damaged may take place in some conditions before replacement or compensation is made.
  • Geneau Company (Nowel Kaya) will not be responsible for any damage which happens during the transport of the goods when the customer is using their own shippers.
  • Customers are responsible to guarantee that the goods returned are received in a saleable condition and any damage will be charged back to them.
  • Orders cancelled while manufacture is on-going, or goods returned for special reasons will only be accepted at the managements’ approval subject to a returns charge of 20% plus transportation costs.
  • All lamps are assembled with the electric components with valid approved certificates to the current standards. Although we can not certify UL labeling, we can provide all necessary components fitting to UL standards.
  • The change and modification of any component by any person except for professional technicians is extremely dangerous and may cause malfunction.
